Miziara sits in the Zgharta District in northern Lebanon, elevated above the Koura plains and the Akkar coast. It's one of the most consistent wind sites in the country — a favourite among experienced paragliders — with wide, unobstructed launch areas and reliable thermals from late morning onwards.
For tandem passengers, Miziara offers a panoramic view of North Lebanon that most visitors never see: endless olive groves, the blue strip of the Mediterranean, distant mountain ridges, and the peaceful countryside of the Koura all visible from a single flight.
